New Members Welcome
The Yanyarrie Orroroo Rifle Club welcomes experienced, or beginner shooters and visitors in general. Training is available to those who are interested. Come and learn to shoot safely and join in a sport where age, strength and gender all compete on an equal level.
Note:
Potential new members are advised to apply at their local Police Station for a firearms licence.
Visitors wishing to shoot at the club will be asked to sign a declaration on each visit stating they have not had a licence suspended cancelled or are otherwise prohibited from possessing firearms.
Photographic identification will be sighted and confirmation details noted.
Come and try, under legislation we are allowed to introduce you to the sport of Rifle Shooting provided it is done under the supervision of our trainers. We are allowed to supervise you to shoot as a visitor on three occasions only. After this you will be required to aquire a SA Firearms Licience, and then must become a registered member with the South Australian Rifle Associsation and Yanyarrie Orroroo Rifle Club by paying the appropriate affiliation fees.
