Report of the FUN Day on 29th June.

We had a good day wind wise with about 6 degrees right on at 600yards.
An excellent turnout of 29 visitors including 11 that were under 20yo.

We used all 3 targets from 10.30am onwards until 4.30pm with a short break for a bbq lunch.
We soon realised time would run short if we didnt use bipods and rests, altho a few tried the sling both times. Malcolm Hill and Alan Talbot from pirie had brought scoped 223's RH and LH with top scopes and the youngsters really shone out with a 15yo boy being top score and equalled by a 18yo girl with 89/96 in fclass.

Everyone had fun, and without the help of surrounding clubs yunta3, jamestown2 pirie 2 pt. augusta2, and advice from sooty, it would not have been nearly as successful.
